Going from Linux to XP – i often find myself stupefied as to why XP only has 1 desktop…

Digsby

Since I often spend time away from my main computer, we’re going to see if Digsby can save me time having to goto & login to everything when I sit down.

    Does that mean that OS X has half a desktop?

    I think Windows only has one desktop because it’s such a RAM hog! With Linux, they were like, what do we do with all these extra resources? Hell give ‘em more screen real estate…

    If I ever get another laptop, I’m definitely rolling Linux to make up for the tiny screen and wimpy horsepower ;)
