Re-centralised

After a bizzare series of errors, I have managed to bring the site semi up.

How?

Errors:

Even with those errors above when clicking “Submit” – the post still manages to go through! No idea why!

I have looked at this forum post and am starting to think its a server-side snafu.

EDIT: After I futzed about with the css, all of the errors went away. wtf?

EDIT #2: NB, I still get Notice: Only variables should be assigned by reference in blah/blah/levonkohoutek.com/html/fp-includes/core/core.entry.php on line 104
