I liked it better when there was Santana on the stereo here:
(represented below by the late Tito Puente, which not only has a superior version, but also wrote the original many years before Santana covered it. While Santana wanders around the stage looking really really high, Tito gets down!!!)
it gave it that lower class barrio vibe (especially with how hot is it in here)…
But I guess when it comes right down to it – given the region I live in- the Bob Seger that came on after it is probably the more appropriate of the two…
